    The Sales Director is part of the Products team who is responsible for enhancing the value of our memberships through benefits and products that can be accessed by our members on a daily basis and in their local markets.  These benefits include a loyalty rewards program, powered by Dining, Entertainment and Spa partnerships.  This individual will be responsible for both developing the DFW market as well as growing, leading, and expanding the loyalty rewards program across North America utilizing a network of independent sales affiliates.

    Responsibilities

    The Sales Director is responsible for the strategic growth and development of  the Dining & Entertainment Loyalty and Rewards program for the North America region.  The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of hands on business development as well as sales program management and will be tasked with expanding the loyalty program to specific revenue deliverables.  The Sales Director will help lead independent sales affiliates trainings, provide mentorship and guidance around sales techniques, and expand the team of  independent sales affiliates.

     
    Responsibilities:
    - Identify, negotiate contracts, and close new business partnerships in the loyalty and rewards program program in the DFW metroplex.
    - Strategize and execute plans to grow the North America market as a whole aligning strategy to member heat-map.
    - Analyze market needs with Sales Affiliates, and develop strategies to grow territory markets in demand, sales and member engagement
    - Provide key metrics based reporting by region and North America as a whole
    - Responsible for relationship building and account management of merchants

    - Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
    - Converting merchants to new contracts with automated collections processes with assistance of the account management team.
    - Responsible for relationship building and account management of key merchants
    - Ongoing recruitment, expansion, and training of the  independent sales affiliates team across North America

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • 10+ years sales experience specifically within Good/Beverage/Hospitality/Entertainment industries
    • 5+ years sales program leadership including recruitment, training, reporting, and strategic program execution
    • Experience in partnering with an executive team.
    • High level of written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff.
    • Ability to think and act strategically and pro-actively.
