The Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides timely responses to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish by telephone and/or e-mail in an inbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. He/She also processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. On a day to day basis this person provides an exceptional level of service while troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints
