    The Travel Operations Trainer will train and lead from Amsterdam a team of 30 to 50 remote Tour Coordinators in Europe, Middle-East and Africa. He/She will be in charge of recruiting, coaching and leading a group of Tour Coordinators to successfully operates 800+ groups per year.


    - The individual will lead a team of 30 to 50 remote based contractors who host our groups in the region
    - Work closely with Travel Operations Manager to identify and/or develop training such as monthly Tour Coordinators trainings, “Service Excellence” coaching and other training programs as identified.
    - Follow-up guest feedback through constant host-communication and through surveys in order to design needed action plan
    - Manage trip-assignment for Tour Coordinators to ensure high-end service quality on the trip while optimizing costs
    - Review Tour Coordinators trip-invoices for payment
    - Work closely with the Travel Operations Manager to identify root cause needs and develop solutions for improved organizational and/or Tour Coordinators performance.
    - Design solutions which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, remote training, action learning, and e-learning.
    - Managing costs and expenses – streamlining the costs – continuously improving operational expenses.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years of training or team management experience
    • Experience in leisure group management. 
    • Experience in building/expanding talent management capabilities. 
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool
