    The Travel Sales Manager is responsible for leading a Top-Notch team that delivers excellence service. Responsible for leading and guiding the team of sales agents, while setting sales goals & quotas. The Manager would also be responsible for building a sales plan, analyzing data, assigning sales training and mentoring the team. Manager is responsible for ensuring KPI's are measured and maintained. 


    - Manage a team of Travel Sales Representatives
    - Develop and coach agents on sales processes and training procedures
    - Monitor agent performance and coach to improve sales growth
    - Develop sales strategy and implementation of the sales plan
    - Ensure sales goals & quotas are met and maintained
    - Sales reporting to both agents and management
    - Drive sales through incentive-based promotions
    - Occasionally arrange routine and complex domestic and international travel
    - Build and leverage relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
    - Analyze current sales data, and suggest/make changes to necessary factors to help improve the sales margins & growth
    - KPI’s must be met, maintained, and reported on weekly


    • 5+ years of Travel Agent experience
    • 2+ years of specific sales management experience
    • 2+ years leading teams in a metric driven organization
    • Proven experience in sales data reporting and analytics
    • Bachelor Degree desired
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate across the organization
    • Identify and implement internal training and development opportunities
    • Mentor and develop employees to meet and exceed performance goals
    • Display highest level of integrity when dealing with internal & external customers
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
