    Travel Agent / Sales Agent will provide high-touch, customized service to both new and existing members within a Inbound and Outbound call environment while adhering to KPI goals. The Travel Agent / Sales Agent will coordinate travel quotes, service requests, booking maintenance, billing and invoicing, address complaints and minimize escalations by providing excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    - Arrange routine and complex domestic and international travel for air, car, cruise, hotel, transfers, rail and activities utilizing a variety of Vendors and Booking Systems
    - Arrange customized and private group travel inquiries
    - Ensure optimum customer service while coordinating travel policy responsibilities; effective use of computer systems and exceptional telephone service techniques
    - Build and leverage relationships with peers while coordinating interdepartmental responsibilities
    - Research and resolve client inquiries
    - Complete special customer requests and maintain excellent client relations 
    - Reach established sales targets and achieve goal standards for company KPIs
    - Work within GDS to secure flights, hotels, and car rentals for members as requested
    - Work with corporate travelers, including C-Level executives to book business travel

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of Travel sales or general Sales experience required        
    • 2+ years of International expertise experience highly preferred (Booking International Travel)
    • High School Diploma/GED required
    • GDS experience is desired
    • In depth knowledge of world geography including expedient, cost effective and preferred routing options
    • Ability to work efficiently and independently, both in a leisure and corporate travel setting, providing VIP service to all clients
    • Display highest level of integrity when dealing with internal & external customers
    • Ability to serve multi cultural travelers and handle multiple clients
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills are required
