    The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in booking, scheduling, and coordination of hosts for our DreamTrips.  The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, a strong communicator, and will have strong MS Office Skills including MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint. This will be a temporary six to nine month role.


    - Identify available hosts and coordinate bookings for upcoming DreamTrips.
    - Coordinate travel for hosts.
    - Maintain active records of hosts’ documents, schedules, and feedback records.
    - Communicate host details with members if needed.
    - Enter data in spreadsheet and online forms to communicate host bookings with team.


    • High School Diploma or some college
    • Project coordination or project administration experience
    • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and SharePoint
    • Exceptional communication and organization skills
    • Eager and fast learner
