Overview

Rovia, an industry-leading travel and lifestyle service provider, is currently sourcing for a Travel Agent to be based in our Greenville headquarters. Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints. Includes Call Center - Outbound, Call Center/Customer Service and e-Commerce Customer Service.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for working on a team of Member/Customer facing agents by providing High Touch Travel Service assistance to a fast growing global customer base through voice, chat, and email interaction across multiple offices.
- Provides a very high level of customer and Member service for all facets of customer and Member interactions; specifically: travel booking assistance and support for hotel, activity, car, cruise, air-ticketing and DreamTrips customers.
- Provides customer service that is world class and minimizes escalations.
- Answers phone calls while operating multiple computer applications/programs simultaneously.
- Follows up as needed.
- Builds rapport with member base.
- Documents transaction summaries as needed.
- Maintains Quality Control and meets performance metrics regularly.
- Works with the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for excellent service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Highly skilled travel agent proficient in GDS functionality(Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan), in depth knowledge of cruise industry, and knowledge of vacation / tour.
  • Experienced Vacation Travel Specialist with exceptional customer service and sales experience to provide high touch assistance, exceptional service, sales, and travel support within a 24/7 Global Member Services call center.
  • Ability to answer member questions and anticipate future needs.
