Overview

Rovia, an industry-leading travel and lifestyle service provider, is currently sourcing for a Customer Service Representative II to be based in our Greenville, SC or Plano, TX corporate office. Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.

Responsibilities

- Answer member phone calls and email while simultaneously operating multiple computer applications.
- Serve as mentor and escalation for Tier I support.
- Communicate details of products, services and promotions in a clear and concise manner.
- Research issues, handle complaints and troubleshoot problems as necessary.
- Follow up with members when necessary.
- Ensure appropriate account documentation is completed and updated after each phone call or email.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, build rapport with member base, and other supportive tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
